The 1st Meeting of Life Ascending for 2010 is Wednesday, 3rd February in the Conference Room after the 9am Morning Mass and Rosary.

 

The Life Ascending  Movement is for Catholics and all Christians in their
middle and later years. (Christians of all denominations are most welcome) Groups usually meet in parishes to support each other through THREE CORE VALUES:

 

Spirituality                     to deepen awareness of God in their lives.

 

Friendship                      to create and enjoy close and lasting friendships

 

Loving Service to share their wisdom and concern for all those in need

 

You are invited to “come and see” to meetings at the Parish Conference Room on the 1st Wednesday of the month, after the morning 9am Mass & Rosary.

7 FEBRUARY: CATECHIST MASS

Sunday, 7 February at the 9:30am Mass. All Catechists are asked to
attend to receive the Special Blessing (commissioning) for the 2010 year to help us in our ministry.
We still require more people who may be

The Legion of Mary; Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal

Praesidium, Gymea would like to invite all Active & Auxiliary Members and parishioners to attend the annual Acies Mass (Renewal of Consecration to Our Lady)
to take  place at
St Catherine Labouré Church, Gymea
on Sunday, 21 March at 2pm.

Commencing with Legion Prayers and Rosary at 1:30pm.

 

This special Mass will also be for your Sunday Observance.
